Tremblay Marchive is a side-project from the epic producer Domaine des Malandes, makers of super-premium Chablis including Premier and Grand Cru. They are a producer of the highest calibre, making some of the most refined wines in the region.
I knew from the first sniff I was going to buy this wine. Talk about a classic Chablis with Premier Cru-like notes of mineral, lemon zest, pear, and tremendous concentration paired with zingy acidity. Gorgeous wine that all Chablis and White Burg customers should try. - Josh
