Schramsberg Blanc de Blancs

Schramsberg Blanc de Blancs has been a California benchmark for traditional-method sparkling wine since Jack and Jamie Davies founded Schramsberg in 1965. They were the first California winery to produce a Blanc de Blancs, and today their son Hugh Davies leads the winery’s management and winemaking team. Nearly 60 years later, Schramsberg remains one of California’s most important names in serious sparkling wine.

Fresh and bright, with green apple, lemon, lime zest, lime leaf, and a subtle toasted-bread note. Lively acidity keeps the fruit focused and energetic, while the yeast-derived character adds complexity, weight, and texture to the palate.
