Sangouard Guyot Pouilly Fuisse 'Authentique'

Domaine Sangourd Guyot is located in Pouilly Fuisee and has been family owned since the 18th century. In 1997, Pierre-Emanuel Sangourd settled on the family farm, then held by his grandfather. In 1200 he took over the estate vineyards Guyot, the parents of his wife and Sangourd-Guyot area forms.

A world-class bottle of White Burgundy, this is quite sophisticated and a tremendous value. Offering up pure and pretty notes of apple, acacia blossom, and mineral on the nose, this has wonderful balance and fine texture on the palate. Energetic and finely chiseled the flavors mimic the aromas. Really good stuff!
