R. Dutoit is based in Pouilly-Fuissé, but they also work with vineyards in the Roussillon, in Southern France. Their Les Vieilles Collines comes from these sunny sites, and it's a very approachable Chardonnay with luscious and juicy notes of peach, pear, golden apple, honeysuckle, and spice. Serve as an aperitif and also makes the perfect match for fish or seafood as well as white meat and pasta in a creamy sauce.
