Martine and Pierre-Marie Chermette run one of the top estates in Beaujolais, and they always make our favorite Nouveaux wines. For their Griottes bottling, they use Gamy from 25 to 45 year old vines to craft a supple, easy-drinking, and charming wine with delicious aromas and flavors of cherry, raspberry, violet, and damp earth.
