Chateau Peyrassol is one of the premier dry rosé producers in Provence. This historic property has farmed organically for years, and their rosés are a true taste of Provence. We've been selling their wines since we opened in 2010, and they never fail to please palates.
Their La Croix Rosé is a classic blend of Cinsault, Grenache, and Syrah, and it delivers exactly what I want from this category. Light on its feet but not simple, it flows with notes of wild strawberry, white peach, citrus zest, and a subtle herbal nuance that keeps things interesting. I love the mineral streak here too, as it gives the wine lift and snap on the finish. This is the kind of rose I open on a warm afternoon with grilled shrimp, a Nicoise salad, or just good company.
