Otto's Constant Dream Sauvignon Blanc

This wine is the product of importer Melissa Saunders' obsessive nature about wine. The wine is produced by Hunter’s Estate, one of the oldest and very best producers in the region. The family were pioneers along with Cloudy Bay. 

From organic and sustainably farmed vineyards, this sees fermentation in stainless steel primarily, but a small portion is fermented in French oak to add a layer of texture. The finished product is bright, brisk, and delicious, a classic rendition of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
