One of the finest Primitivos produced in Italy, Morella's Old Vine bottling is produced from 75 year-old, biodynamically farmed vines. Matured in new French oak for 14 months and an additional 18 months in bottle before release, this is a stunning bottle of wine.
Rich, silky, and flowing with brambly dark berries, clove, allspice, and mineral, this full-bodied effort is much more polished and refined than most Italian Primitivos. Bravo!
