The 'Teresi' is made from 40 year old vines, is farmed organically, and sees 100% whole cluster carbonic maceration for 13 days in stainless steel before being aged in 8 year old french barrels for 10 months before bottling. Full bodied, concentrated, and bursting with fruity flavors of blackberry, boysenberry, wild strawberry, and further flavors of black cherry jam and raspberry-cranberry coulis. You can also find powerful notes of dried tobacco leaf, espresso crema, spearmint, and mineral. A big wine that still retains balance due to the very deliberate winemaking process that the fruit undergoes.
