Liquid Farm was founded in 2009 with a simple idea: make California wine in the Old World style the founders loved to drink. Based in Santa Barbara County's cool Sta. Rita Hills, the winery focuses on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with bright acidity, mineral character, and minimal manipulation. White Hill was one of the original wines, born from the first four barrels of Chardonnay Liquid Farm made.
White Hill is a lean, mineral-driven Chardonnay inspired by the great wines of Chablis. Look for Meyer lemon, lime zest, white flowers, chalk, and river rock, with bright acidity and a satisfying round texture. Fresh, precise, and energetic, this is a California Chardonnay with plenty of Old World sensibility.
