The second wines of Tour de Pez, this is a rocking bottle of Saint-Estephe with a wonderful, traditional style. A blend of 57% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot, and 19% Cabernet Franc, this one glides across the palate with well-rounded tannins and flavors of ripe blackberry, blackcurrant, dark cherry, tobacco, and dark chocolate.
