Grapes were sourced from vineyards in the coastal area of the western tip of Sicily. Vines are cultivated in chalky soils with sandy patches, and average age is 20–25 years. After temperature-controlled fermentation for 30 days, the wine is filtered and bottled.
A ripe and spicy nose with floral and stone fruit characters. The palate has more honeyed stone fruit and savoury notes backed by fresh citrus acidity.
