This historic, traditional estate got its start in 1870. Located in the actual town of Barolo, the estate produces Nebbiolos that are know for their magical perfumes and their serious cellar potential. A newer wine from the estate is their Nebbiolo d'Alba.
From vineyards scattered throughout Verduno, this a great introduction to the Nebbiolo grape, and it nearly reaches the glories of a Barolo. Beautifully aromatic, this one offers up soaring notes of rose petal, violet, and red fruits. This is just lovely stuff!
