Coming from vineyards in Melgaco, Portugal's northernmost wine region, this blend of 50% Arinto, 20% Loureiro, 20% Trajadura, and 10% Alvarinho is delightful. Grapes are grown on steep, terraced vineyards originally planted in 1988, and this estate-bottled Vinho Verde crushes its mass-produced competitors sold in big box stores.
