Florence and Francois Bachelier make lovely, traditional, laser-focused Chablis from old vines in the village of Villy. These northerly vineyards are some of the coolest in Chablis, and you can sense that in this wine. High-toned, mineralic, and as fresh and clean as a mountain stream, this exudes lively notes of green apple, citrus zest, and chalk, Really, really good stuff!
