This Dry Creek Valley Cab is elegant, refined, and we'd happily put it in a blind tasting against many more well-known (and more expensive) Napa or Sonoma Cabs. Winemaking is handled by the very talented Ryan Pritchard, who also crafts the wines at Three Sticks Winery.

'A nearly opaque red, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Flambeaux Vineyard is lush with aromas of pencil shavings, cassis, a hint of blue fruit, and woodsy spice. Full-bodied and rich without being heavy, it offers red cherry preserve, blackberry, and turned soil notes along with ripe and chewy tannins.
