Famille Laudet 'La Teuf' Cotes de Gascogne Gros Manseng
Regular price $17.99/
Domaine de Laballe, consists of five and a half organically farmed vines Gros Manseng vines, of which three and a half are being worked biodynamically. Founded in 1820, the winery has passed from one generation to the next, and today, 8th generation growers Cyril and Julie Laudet run the show.
The local and rare soil, "Sables Fauves," or sandy loam, contributes to the strong mineral finish of this 100% Gros Manseng. Tropical and rich upfront with medium-plus acid and firm minerality make this a great cheese pairing as well as weeknight roasted chicken, or for any festive occasion.
