Carafoli is a small, family-run winery in Italy's Emilia-Romagna region specializing in authentic, organic Lambrusco. Their L'Onesta comes from the prized Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC, where the lightest, most aromatic, and most elegant expressions of this classic sparkling red are produced.
Pale ruby in color with lively bubbles, this dry Lambrusco offers aromas and flavors of rose petal, violet, cherry, raspberry, and pomegranate. Bright, refreshing, and incredibly food-friendly, it's just as good with pizza and charcuterie as it is on its own.
