The Enfield Waterhorse Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon is coming from a far coast single vineyard within the Fort Ross Seaview appellation, which sits within the larger Sonoma Coast AVA. Organically produced, and with a bit of stem inclusion, this is a beautifully lighter style of California Cabernet. Fresh, elegant, and quite refined, with cassis, red plum, and coastal berries along with green tobacco, flint, underbrush, and dried herbs.
