Domaine Sigalas Assyrtiko/Monemvasia 'AM'

Founded by Paris Sigalas in the early 1990s, Domaine Sigalas has become one of Santorini's benchmark producers, earning acclaim for wines that capture the island's singular volcanic terroir. The estate farms old, ungrafted vines rooted in Santorini's windswept volcanic soils, with a strong focus on indigenous Greek varieties and traditional viticulture adapted to one of the world's most challenging growing environments.

The "AM" is a blend of Assyrtiko and Monemvasia, combining the vibrant acidity and mineral drive of Assyrtiko with the aromatic charm and texture of Monemvasia. Bright and expressive, it offers notes of citrus, white peach, sea breeze, wild herbs, and crushed stone.
