Pascal Berthier is happiest when he's working in his vineyards. He owns old-vine plots in Southern Burgundy, and his Macon-Chaintre comes from vineyards just on the edge of Pouilly-Fuisse. Fermented in tank to preserve freshness and terroir, it is a lively and energetic White Burgundy.
Brimming with lemony freshness, green apple, Bosc pear, citrus, and chalky mineral, it is lively, refreshing, and mouthwateringly good. Sensational value here folks!!
