Greg Hoppenot is one of France's hottest young producers. Named Newcomer of the Year by La Revue du vin de France in 2020, he is a passionate vigneron who farms without chemicals and makes his wines with minimal intervention. While he is well-known for his various Fleurie cuvées, his new Beaujolais Blanc is not to be missed.
From an organic plot of 40-year-old vines in Northern Beaujolais and just south of the Maconnais, this will appeal to lovers of high-quality Macon Blancs. Beautifully aromatic, it offers up aromas of peach, nectarine, pear, citrus, and white flowers. The palate is equally enchanting with a nice balance of luscious fruit and zesty acids. Delicious!
