The Domaine Couturier Bourgogne Blanc is a prime entry point into their house style. Coming from 15-20yr old vines, which they consider to be very young, but not lacking in complexity and depth in the slightest. Fruit forward, full bodied, but with a great line of acidity to add focus. Certified organic and biodynamic, this is a great example of Mâconnais white wine.
