Domaine Bailly-Reverdy Chavignol Sancerre

This is truly artisanal white wine that reminds me that Sancerre is one of the greatest white wines on the planet. Possessing much more texture and body than most Sancerres, this one explodes out of the glass with complex and satisfying notes of pear, lemon zest, citrus oil, flint and green herbs.
