For 20 years now, husband and wife David and Katharine DeSante have quietly been making some of my favorite California whites. Their wines sadly left distribution in the NC market, but they just returned, and they are better than ever.
Their L'Atlier White Blend is nearly equal parts of Semillon, Pinot Blanc, and Chardonnay with just a splash of Sauvignon Blanc. The finished product is bright and fresh with notes of green apple, citrus blossom, peach, key lime, and orange zest. Truly delicious! - JoshSimilar Selections to Try
