Cloudline Cellars represents a first for importer and supplier Dreyfus, Ashby--their own wine. Given their love for Pinot Noir and their long history developing Domaine Drouhin Oregon and other fine wines, it's probably not surprising that they've chosen Oregon's Willamette Valley as the home for this exciting project. All aspects of production are looked over carefully by Veronique Drouhin-Boss, and grapes come from top sites throughout the Valley.
The 2021 Cloudline Rose is 100% Pinot Noir and 100% delicious! It expresses a floral nose of strawberry blossom and white flowers leading into an equally gorgeous palate. A beautiful salmon color, the wine has the lively texture of classic rose and a flavors of strawberry, kiwi and a touch of lemongrass. Consider this a summer dream for any time of the year!
