Cloudline Cellars represents a first for importer and supplier Dreyfus, Ashby--their own wine. Given their love for Pinot Noir and their long history developing Domaine Drouhin Oregon and other fine wines, it's probably not surprising that they've chosen Oregon's Willamette Valley as the home for this exciting project. All aspects of production are looked over carefully by Veronique Drouhin-Boss, and grapes come from top sites throughout the Valley. It is worth noting that 25% of the grapes come from Domaine Drouhin's own Roserock Vineyard.
The 2021 Cloudline Pinot Noir comes from an excellent vintage, and this is all about class, elegance, and pure drinkability. Offering up textbook notes of warm cherry, raspberry, earth, and baking spice, this medium-bodied, silky Pinot Noir is one of our country's best values.
