Chateau Martinet belongs to the Pradel de Lavaux family, which owns nine châteaux Bordeaux's Right Bank. It is located on a splendid 25-hectare property in the heart of the city of Libourne. The warm micro-climate allows for optimal ripeness, and this is a big, plush, pleasure-bent wine that is based on a blend of 65% Merlot and 35% Cabernet Franc.

'Aromas of blackberry, tea leaf, clove and toasted hazelnut. It’s medium-to full-bodied with firm, silky tannins. Juicy dark-fruit and spice flavors lead to a long, layered finish. Very fine. Drink from 2024.' - James Suckling - 94 points
