This is classic White Bordeaux, and a heck of a value. From hillside sites in Entre-Deux-Mers, it’s 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Semillon, and it's the the kind of wine I’m always looking for. Family-made, honest, well-made, and fairly-priced, it pours a yellowish-gold color and offers up expressive notes of lemon, grapefruit, white peach, and star fruit.
Light, fresh, and crisp on the palate, it finishes dry and mouth-watering, leaving subtle citrus and orchard fruit notes behind. Simple, classic, and very well done.
