Chateau L'Ermite d'Auzan Blanc is a blend of Roussanne, Grenache Blanc, and Viognier grown in certified biodynamic vineyards in Costieres de Nimes, the southernmost appellation of the Rhone Valley. Bursting with aromas and flavors of white peach, ripe citrus, honeysuckle, and fresh flowers, it delivers impressive texture and richness while maintaining remarkable freshness and energy. The estate traces its roots back to the 11th century, when the monks of Saint Cecile d'Estagel Abbey produced wine for pilgrims traveling to Santiago de Compostela. Today, 9th-generation grower Jerome Castillon farms the property according to biodynamic principles and is a strong advocate of phytotherapy, using plant-based treatments to promote healthy vines and vibrant fruit.
