This family-run estate is one of the best in Tavel, and they focus all of their energies on dry rose, the only wine that can be made in the classic appellation. A blend of Grenache, Clairette, and Syrah from 30+ year-old vines, this is full, rich, and structured rose with lots of ripe red berries, spice, and garrigue.
