Chateau de Saint Cosme Micro-Cosme Blanc

Saint Cosme's Micro-Cosme Blanc is the brainchild of Louis Barruol, one of the great winemakers of the Rhone. Made from an unusual 50/50 blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier, it's a combination you don't come across often, but it works beautifully. The bright citrus and lively acidity of Sauvignon Blanc complement the richer, more aromatic character of Viognier perfectly.

Dry, crisp, and highly expressive, this is loaded with luscious notes of lime, peach, apricot, and white flowers, with a subtle mineral note on the finish. At just 12.5% ABV, it's wonderfully gulpable and made to be chilled down and enjoyed.
