Francois and Pierre Hure run their family estate, Hure Freres, located on the northern side of the Montagne de Reims, in Ludes specifically. Working with 10 hectares of vines, their Champagnes are known for combining richness and bright acidity.
Their Invitation bottling is a blend of mostly Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, with the rest being composed of Chardonnay. As the name suggests, this is a brilliant entry point into their house style. Rich and textured but brimming with bright acid and minerality, this is both pleasant and powerful.
