Cave de Saumur Saumur Rouge 'Les Pouches'

The ancient town of Saumur is one of the Loire Valley’s most beautiful treasures. For well over one thousand years the residents have their homes chiseled out of the chalky hillsides that also serve as ideal cellars for the local vignerons. Crafted from old vine Cab Franc, this Saumur Rouge is a very pretty, medium-bodied red with lovely floral aromatics combined with dark minerals, black fruits and gritty tannins.
