Here I’m finding pungent yellow florals and crushed stone minerality, which blows off to reveal further depths of ripe apple and hints of exotic savory spice. The textures are so silky while maintaining a fresh and stimulating personality through laser beam-like acidity, with salty minerals building toward the finale.
