Brick and Mortar Anderson Valley Pinot Noir
Regular price $29.99/
Founded in 2011 by Chris Iaconis, Brick and Mortar is a small producer best known for cool-climate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, especially from the Sonoma Coast and Anderson Valley. The winery emphasizes bright acidity, lower alcohol, and minimal intervention, aiming for a style that’s closer to elegant Burgundy than the richer California norm.
Wine Enthusiast - 94 points - "This wine is vibrant, with aromas of baked Bing cherry, strawberry, plum, dried herbs and vanilla cream on the nose. Flavors of red currant-cranberry confiture and orange bitters wrap around cardamom spice, chicory and a long, supple finish. Hold or drink until 2032. Pair with halibut and parsnip purée."
