The Bodet-Herold “Les Greffiers” Crémant de Loire is the work of Étienne Bodet, one of the Loire Valley’s most compelling young vignerons. Trained under Romain Guiberteau and with experience at Clos Rougeard, Bodet brings a rare pedigree to his own project. Here, he applies that expertise to organically farmed Chenin Blanc grown on clay and limestone-rich soils in Saumur. Made in the traditional method and bottled as a Brut Nature, the wine sees extended aging on the lees, building depth and texture while preserving a pure, terroir-driven expression.

In the glass, it delivers bright citrus and orchard fruit layered with subtle brioche and chalky minerality, carried by a fine, persistent mousse. The palate is taut and energetic, with vibrant acidity and a clean, saline finish that keeps you coming back for another sip.
