Their Sauvignon Blanc is a more refined and elegant style, calling to mind Sancerre and other Loire Valley versions of the grape. Perfect for those who aren't too keen on the fiercely citrus-y style of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, this offers up wonderful notes of ripe citrus, pear, green apple, and herb.
