Working almost exclusively with organic sites and employing native yeast fermentations, Turley champions a hands-off approach that lets vineyard character shine. Juvenile Zinfandel is a unique expression in the lineup, blending fruit from younger vines planted within many of Turley’s prized old-vine sites. The wine draws from an impressive 27 vineyards spread across 11 California counties, offering a broad snapshot of the state’s Zinfandel heritage.

On the palate, Juvenile is vibrant, juicy, and wonderfully expressive, offering classic California Zinfandel character with a youthful edge. Expect generous notes of ripe cherry, raspberry, plum, pepper, exotic spice, and hints of licorice and flowers. Medium-bodied yet fleshy and energetic, it combines rich fruit with savory complexity and a silky texture that makes it incredibly easy to enjoy with barbecue, grilled meats, pizza, or all on its own.
