This multi-varietal blend of Semillon, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay delivers a equally multi-varietal package of flavours from apple to lemon, white peach to makrut lime, saline and mineral to a definitive high acid line framing the flavours and mineral qualities.
