This multi-varietal blend of Semillon, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay delivers a equally multi-varietal package of flavours from apple to lemon, white peach to makrut lime, saline and mineral to a definitive high acid line framing the flavours and mineral qualities. Taut and firm with a youthful energy and drive, flavours of citrus and stone fruits leading to a generous and dry finish. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2031+.
