This small, 4th generation, family owned and operated estate is certified organic. Their Pinot Noir is a delightful, pure rendition of the varietal. Low in tannin but high in acidity, this fresh and zesty red offers up pretty notes of cranberry, cherry, strawberry, and mineral. It's perfect for enjoying by itself, but it also loves poultry, pork, and salmon.
