From one of the finest sparkling wine estates in the Loire, this cremant is full of charm and character. The blend is 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 15% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Chenin Blanc, and this is fermented and brought up just like a Champagne.
It tastes really good too. With a very fine, almost creamy mousse and flavors of raspberry, cherry, and white flowers, this is fresh, dry, and delightful on the palate. Truly a great value!
