The estate recently passed into her hands from her parents Jacques and Brigette. Along with her husband and cellar master Alexandre, this is entirely a family affair. Complexity and balance are hallmarks of this small grower's Champagnes.
Copinet's Rosé Champagne is a lively blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir.
"The fabulously tempting colour is an absolute delight for the eyes. The nose is full of the fresh, exciting aromas of pink grapefruit, strawberries, violet and marsh-mallow. As it opens out the wine exudes a veritable cascade of red fruit aromas. Lively, fruity yet delicate on the palate this is a rosé champagne full of freshness and purity.
