The 'Loss und Lehm' is a true to their style biodynamic Gruner Veltliner. Pure, crunchy, high-toned, and spicy. Prominent aromas and flavors of green apple, ripe pear, and Meyer lemon play with preserved lemon, white pepper, florals of elderflower, and chalk. An extremely well done example of Gruner Veltliner from Austria.
