Antonia Munari is knows throughout Emila-Romagna as the Queen of Lambrusco. In addition to making delightfully dry and sparkling red and rose wines, she also produces delicious balsamic vinegars. Maybe we'll get to try those one day....
Not today though, it all about this wine, and it's a totally delicious Rosato Lambrusco. Smelling of fresh red berries, roses, and violet, it's dry and super zesty and peppy on the palate. Perfect for sunny days and good friends!
