SILICE VITICULTORES is a project of family and friendship. Founded in 2013 by brothers Carlos and Juan Rodriguez and Galician-Swiss DJ-turned-winemaker Fredi Torres, the goal here is to make energetic wines that exude sense of place.
Their Blanco is a blend of Treixadura, Albarino, Blanco Lexitimo, and a few others fermented with native yeasts in barrel and tank. Possessing an almost Chablis-like nose of lemon, mineral, and leesy spice, it is quite pure, quite serious, and ideal for the "advanced" and adventurous white wine lover.
