The young and progressive Florian Fauth is one of the rising starts of the Rheinhessen. It should come as no surprise, as his brother in law Peter Keller. This is a beautifully balanced, off dry Riesling. Look for notes of ripe peach, tangerine, quince, and white flowers. Delicious with spicy Asian dishes!
