This third-generation, family-run estate produces some of the best values in the Piemonte. While not certified organic, the family has been practicing organic for a number of years. Their Dolcetto is all about easy-drinking pleasure -- medium-bodied, fresh, and packed with raspberry, cherry, violet, and spice.
