This is a spot-on rendition of Sardinian Vermentino from this small family estate. Kind of like Sauvignon Blanc but more exotic and fuller-bodied, this explodes out of the glass with highly attractive notes of white peach, pear, citrus zest, and honeysuckle. Enjoy liberally with any sort of seafood or fish. We love it with crab cakes!
