90% nebbiolo, 10% Uva Rara from the Molsino, Valferana, Garavoglie, and Casacce vineyards located at 290-420 meters in elevation. Fermented and aged in stainless steel.
This is about as fresh, complex, and savory as dry rose gets! A lovely mix of melon, apple, and cherry fruit melds seamlessly with more savory notes of marzipan, herbs, and salty mineral. It does not get much better my friends!
